- In February 2007, DU Gender Equality Society (DUGES) was founded in the interests of celebrating and preserving gender equality on and off campus. We are proud to have hosted guest speakers as diverse as Ivana Bacik, Kim Prost, Alison Smale, Maryann Valiulis, Maeve Kyle and representatives from Unmarried Fathers of Ireland.
